Known for his approachable nature and genuine passion for working with people, Zach prides himself on building meaningful connections with both participants and colleagues.

As a Team Leader at our Activity and Leisure Centre, Zach plays a key role in the planning and coordination of day-to-day programs and activities, ensuring they are engaging, inclusive, and tailored to meet the needs of our participants. His focus is on fostering inclusion, promoting independence, and ensuring every individual feels supported, respected, and empowered in their day-to-day lives.
