Stephen joined the West End team in 2021 and brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and experience. Before joining us, he worked as a Registered and Clinical Nurse Specialist at St John of God Hospital, where he developed strong skills in providing high-quality care and supporting people with complex needs.

At West End, Stephen plays a vital role within our high physical support housing team. He ensures participants’ physical and medical needs are met to the highest standard, while also supporting staff with training, guidance, and clinical expertise.

Stephen’s calm, supportive nature and professional experience make him a valued member of our leadership team, helping us deliver safe, consistent, and person-centred care.
