Meet Sinead

Sinead is a valued Team Leader within our High Physical Complex Care home at West End Support Services, where she leads with compassion, professionalism, and a strong commitment to high-quality care.

Sinead completed her Certificate III in Individual Support in 2018 through a traineeship and went on to spend four years working in Aged Care. During this time, she gained extensive experience in high-level care environments and memory support units, building a strong foundation in supporting individuals with complex needs.

In 2022, Sinead transitioned into the Disability Sector and joined West End Support Services, where she has continued to grow her expertise in complex care. Furthering her professional development, she returned to study in 2023 and completed her Diploma of Nursing in 2025, becoming an Enrolled Nurse.

Sinead is passionate about working in high-care settings and is dedicated to supporting clients to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Her clinical knowledge, hands-on experience, and genuine care for the people she supports make her an integral part of the West End team.
