Michael comes to West End with a wealth of experience in management. He has demonstrated skills in Leadership, Conflict Management, Organisation, Decision-Making, People Management, Data Entry, Data Processing Skills, and Account Management. Michael will be heavily involved in planning and organising the daily operations of West End. Including purchasing, accounting, human resources, and IT. He will also manage quality assurance programs and strategize process improvements to ensure tasks are completed professionally and on schedule. Michael’s role is to oversee the bigger picture at West End Support Services.
