Michael brings a wealth of management experience to West End Support Services, with proven strengths in leadership, conflict resolution, organisation, decision-making, and people management. His skill set also spans data management, account oversight, and operational systems.

In his role, Michael is responsible for planning and coordinating the daily operations of West End, including purchasing, accounting, human resources, and IT. He also oversees quality assurance programs and drives process improvements to ensure services are delivered professionally, efficiently, and on schedule.
