Meet Lauren

Lauren brings both professional expertise and a personal passion for supporting others to her role at West End Support Services. Growing up in the family business, she witnessed firsthand her parents’ dedication to empowering people living with disability, which inspired her own commitment to this work.

In 2022, Lauren officially joined the West End team. She is a qualified teacher, majoring in disability, and also holds Certificates III and IV in Disability. With this strong foundation of knowledge and lived experience, Lauren has been able to successfully lead and manage programs that make a real difference in people’s lives.

Lauren’s focus is on combining her professional skills with her genuine passion for care, ensuring every participant is supported with respect, understanding, and opportunity.
