Kelsey is a dedicated Team Leader at the West End Activity and Leisure Centre, where she has been a valued member of the team for the past six years. During her time with West End, she has gained extensive experience across support coordination and house management, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both participant support and day-to-day service operations.

 Kelsey holds a Certificate in the Community Services field, further strengthening her knowledge and commitment to delivering high-quality support. She leads with confidence, practicality, and a strong focus on person-centred care, balancing operational needs with genuine compassion to ensure both participants and staff feel supported and understood.

 With a close family connection to the NDIS, Kelsey brings a lived appreciation of the importance of quality care and inclusion. Known for her warm and approachable nature, she is passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating environments where participants feel safe, respected, and empowered to achieve their goals.

Outside of her role, Kelsey is also a dedicated volunteer, running an All-Abilities local netball program through the Ballarat Bulldogs. Her involvement in the community reflects her genuine passion for inclusion and creating opportunities for people of all abilities to connect, participate, and thrive.
