Meet Ebony

Ebony has been a valued member of the West End team for the past seven years, joining us straight out of high school and growing alongside the organisation since its early days.

Starting her journey in our Day Program, Ebony has progressed into her current role as Housing Team Leader. Over the years, she has built strong and lasting relationships with many of our participants, with some knowing her since the very beginning.

Ebony is passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives and ensuring every client feels happy, safe, and valued. She is known for her warm nature, meaningful connections, and ability to create an environment where individuals feel comfortable to thrive and be themselves. Well-liked by both participants, their families and staff, Ebony’s long-standing knowledge of our services and the people we support makes her an integral part of the West End family.
