Meet Donna

Donna has been a valued member of the West End Support Services team for the past five years. She began her journey working in one of our High Care homes before transitioning into her current role as Housing Team Leader two years ago. In this position, Donna supports a range of participants at one of our larger locations, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and support each day.

Holding a Certificate IV in Disability and coming from an administration background, Donna brings both strong organisational skills and a compassionate approach to her role. While she was initially unsure whether the position would suit her, she has found it to be an incredibly rewarding career path.

Donna is passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives and finds great fulfilment in supporting participants to achieve their goals. She has built strong professional relationships with clients, allowing her to better understand their individual needs and provide personalised, meaningful support.
